Cancellations by you
If you need to cancel or reschedule, send a message through the contact form with your reference details where available. Reasonable notice reduces disruption for other calendar users.
Refunds
Where a fee was collected in advance, unused portions may be refunded according to the written confirmation supplied at booking. Documentation add-ons that were already delivered are not refundable.
Cancellations by the organiser
If a session cannot proceed due to circumstances on this side, alternative times will be offered first. Where no alternative is suitable, any prepaid amount for that specific session will be returned through the original payment channel where technically possible.
Disputes
Unresolved concerns should be described in writing so they can be reviewed calmly. Consumer protections applicable in your region continue to apply alongside this policy.
